Our Story: If there is one question we are asked over and over, it has to be: “Why did you start a pet care service?” Easy! We love pets. Our world revolves around them. Plain and simple. We also like to travel. Our world is so fun to explore! Plain and simple. So we were faced with the same dilemma every pet parent is faced with, “Who do we trust to watch the “kids” while we’re not home?” Bingo! We like to think we’ve assisted our clients with thousands of stress-free vacations & tens of thousands of worry-free workdays. (Well, at least the pet care part of them!) On our way to becoming Philadelphia’s recognized leaders of pet care, we’ve accomplished & experienced countless amazing things - from the sheer joy of being awarded “Best of Philly® 2006 & 2009,” to rehoming fostered kittens, to hearing clients say, “You guys took all the stress away!”- we know we have the best job in the world. Our promise to you: Stellar, unbeatable service. Service so good you’ll wonder how you ever managed without us in the first place. (Yeah - we’re that good. Or so, we’ve been told...) We share our lives with two monsters: Lola, our cheerleader (Whipet-Pit Mix) & Nedward, our curtain climber (Domestic Short Hair Kitten). We always say, “How would we want someone to care for our monsters if we had to leave them in someone else’s hands?” From that perspective, we shape & model our practices to care for our clients’ monsters, just as we care for Lola and Ned - with our entire heart & soul. Upon asking new Minders to join our team, our top criteria is, “Would we place our monsters’ lives in their hands?” We are proud to say that we have comprised a core team of pet care professionals that are totally worthy of Miss Lola & Crazy Ned.
