From 2025 to What’s Next. Thanks for Trusting Us.

As we look back on 2025, the feeling that rises to the top is simple. Gratitude. We've been at this for 20 years and that number is not only a milestone to us. It means we have shown up year after year for decades, plural. (We're thankful AND proud.)
2025 year was full. Full schedules, full inboxes, full news cycles, and plenty of days when getting out the door felt like a win in itself. Through it all, we did what we have always done. We showed up. We walked dogs. We paid attention. That may sound small, but we know it matters.
On the home front, we said goodbye to our beloved Jax and adopted Tui from Street Tails Animal Rescue. He helped us heal and filled our home and lives with the best kind of chaos. Tui was one of the best parts of 2025.
The Work Behind the Walks
Dog walking is rarely just about the walk. (Yes, potty breaks are important.) But really, a dog walking schedule is about routine, consistency, and care. It is about knowing which dog needs a little extra time sniffing in the grass. Which one prefers the quiet blocks vs a walk to Rittenhouse. Which one needs encouragement on rainy mornings (the horror!) and which one lives for puddle splashing.
In 2025, we continued to focus on the details. We trained our team. We refined our systems. We communicated clearly and often. We made safety and consistency a priority, even when it meant doing the slower, less flashy work behind the scenes. (People often say to me, "It's so great you work with dogs all day!" When you run a company like ours, it's what happens behind the scenes that differentiates us. Yes, our Minders are Philly's best dog walkers. But the boring stuff matters too. )

A Year of Growth, the Right Way
This year also brought some meaningful changes:
We refreshed our logo to better reflect who we are now. Established, clearer, thoughtful, and still a little playful. (And we didn't pull an Art Museum logo change that left everyone wondering what the heck happened. Our new logo is still very much us. Just fresher.)
We launched Rescue Romps, a program close to our hearts that gives shelter dogs time out of the kennel, fresh air, and one on one attention. Watching our team and community rally around it has been a highlight of the year.
We started doing community events again, which was honestly SO much fun! We loved slinging pup cups at the PAWS Mutt Strut and hosting the Passyunk Avenue Fall Fest's first doggy costume contest.
And as always, we remained committed to operating as an employee based team. Familiar faces, real relationships, and people who know your dog, not just your address.
Why We’re Still Here
After more than twenty years, we still love this work. Not because every day is easy, but because it is meaningful. We like being part of a routine. We like noticing the small changes. We like knowing that what we do helps households run more smoothly, even if most days it goes unnoticed. That quiet consistency is something we are proud of. (And the dogs! It's always the dogs!)
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we head into 2026, we feel steady and optimistic. (As much as you can during these weird times.) We are continuing to invest in our team, refine how we operate, and look for thoughtful ways to serve our clients and our community better. Thank you for another year of trust. We are glad to keep walking alongside you and your dogs in the year ahead.
