Shannon Keane
Monster Minder since 2018

Prior to moving to joining team Minder, Shannon was a vet assistant at Northern Liberties Vet Center, Springfield Animal Hospital and Glenolden Animal Hospital. When it comes to pup experience, she has it! As an assistant, she collected lab specimens, did blood work, took radiographs, etc. She said her favorite part of the job was the one-on-one conversation with new pet owners to talk to them about proper pet care and health concerns. She was all about education!

Shannon shares her life with a pit mix named CC. CC was adopted from ACCT as a skinny and timid pup and blossomed into a silly, energetic pup with a great attitude. Shannon says, "She is my shadow literally and a I have come to understand unconditional love. The ever-present feeling of our bond is my favorite part, she is my dog and I am her person and I am so grateful she picked me!"

When she's not hanging with our clients you can find her listening to music, going camping with CC, reading great books and rooting for the E.A.G.L.E.S. (She is a diehard Philly sports fan.) Shannon LOVES going to the beach (see photo of CC above on the dog-friendly beach in Wildwood.)

You can find her minding monsters in Graduate Hospital, Point Breeze, Newbold, and Fitler Square.
