Whether you need to add a late afternoon dog walk due to a long work day or update your dogs training routine, it can all be done with a few clicks. Our clients can expect prompt app notifications when walks are completed and adorable photos of their dog's activities and adventures. Clients repeatdly tell us their walk notifications are the best notifications they get all day!
Employees Rule
We set up our company using the employee model, when most of in our industry are moving toward Independent Contractors. Why? Frankly, we think it's the right thing to do. (We proudly offer our crew paid time off and job stability.) Beyond that, our model ensures a higher level of accountability and consistency for our clients. Our employees are directly supervised, insured, bonded, and committed to being the best dang crew of dog walkers Philly has ever seen. And we do it as a team.
Solo Walks = Safe Walks
Safety First is a core value at The Monster Minders. We simply don't believe we can focus on safety if walking dogs from multiple households. Our focus is on your dog, and ONLY your dog, for a safe and enriching dog walking adventure. Whether your dog likes to tumble at the dog park, or would prefer a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood, we can meet their needs. One-on-one care also allows us to reinforce training and facilitate safe socialization when appropriate. (Have two pups? No worries! We're happy to walk them together.)
